OK, I went back and created a new account, and think I see what happened. The
very first page you see when you do this has nothing on it but a year-of-birth
pop-up, and a "Proceed" link. I was eager to take the survey and skimming
quickly, and I think I missed the pop-up the first time. It defaults to 2005,
so your system believed I was less than 6 months old (and an exceptionally
precocious typist, too!).
A suggestion: have that initial pop-up default to blank, or just assume that
anyone who claims they were born in the current year didn't fill it out
correctly. In either case, give them another chance to fill in the correct
year.
Best,
- Joe
