Hi Joe,
This is all to do with the date of birth you specified when you signed up.
If you are under 14, the LEGOFan site will not collect your email address,
just a nickname. This is one of the guidelines we have to adhere to for
COPPA compliance.
The survey is not for under 14's as we're not allowed to hold any
'trackable' or 'marketable' information on that age group. Unfortunately, we
had a slight bug in the system for an hour or so that let under 14's in to
take the survey, but we soon patched this (and removed the couple of surveys
that came in from that group)
So, if you are 14 or older then I would suggest you go back, create a new
account and specify your real date of birth. The site will then ask you for
an email address and it is this we will use to contact the lucky winners.
Once you have signed up, take the survey again.
If you are under 14, then I'm afraid this survey isn't for you this time.
Many thanks and hope it helps,
Richard

| OK, I went back and created a new account, and think I see what happened. The very first page you see when you do this has nothing on it but a year-of-birth pop-up, and a "Proceed" link. I was eager to take the survey and skimming quickly, and I (...) (20 years ago, 14-May-05, to lugnet.general)

| (...) How exactly are you going to do that? To take the survey, I had to pick a nickname and a password. That's it. No email address, no snailmail address, I wasn't even asked for my real name! So how, exactly, are you going to ship me my prize if I (...) (20 years ago, 13-May-05, to lugnet.general)
