You're right. It's rolled wheat flakes pressed into a rectangular bar shape
with rounded ends. The website's here:
http://www.weetabix.co.uk
I used to go past the only factory that made it in the world on the way to
school. Although people usually add some jam, sugar or coco-pops (mmm. still
do) for taste, the smell of two plain Weetabix with warm milk is unmistakable.
Well, that or a supermarket's own-brand copy. It doesn't seem to be that hard
to copy the recipe.
Another product that had a unique Lego offer in the UK, long ago, was Persil
washing powder, which once shifted some <set:1593> space sets. More recently
Kellog's Corn Flakes and Flora margarine have given some away, but only ordinary
small sets and racers.
