Look at this one. Come on, check off all the boxes why don’t ya!

I think you raise valid points, folder tag abuse is sort of a bummer, isn’t it? Most of us put a lot of thought into what keywords to select.

Yes, I agree. I take care not to annoy other people with inappropriate cross genre stuff. When I cruise the Mecha section. I want to see Mecha. When I cruise the Space section I want to see Space MOCs, and so on.

Oh well, what can you do. Only encourage correct course of action. Not an easy thing to do as you very well know.

However I think this particular user might not have English as their first language, so may not totally understand how everything works at Brickshelf. (the site they reference elsewhere in their folders is http://twlug.info/). This user may or may or may not see your post either.

I see that now. The other folder tags are on topic. Just suxxor how it goes sometimes.

Also “the mods” == Kevin. Just Kevin and no one else, as I understand it. I’m sure he’s doing the best he can given the volume.

Oh ok, I thought he had some help at one point. Wow, he sure does a great job. Amazing that man’s dedication.

   Hope that helps.

We’ll just try to encourage others to do the right thing. Also, with all the volume Kevin deals with, I’m sure its tough to decide for every folder and picture what tags are appropriate. A Job I know must be overwhelming.

Maybe we can help spread the word and help him out, in some nice way.

Thanks Lar!
