I'm in search of a two things, and I bet some helpful persons here can provide: A definitive list of LEGO product themes; As comprehensive a list of fan-derived groupings, themes, and sub-themes as possible.      (...) When I go to news.lugnet.com, I see exactly such a list, right under the dividing line at the top. Adventurers, Aquazone, Basic, Belville, all the way up to Znap. I figure, these categories have been used here for a few years and have worked (...) (19 years ago, 8-Jun-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

(...) Sounds like what would be *best* is a nice little heirarchy that contains several hundred items-- Because if I liked (say) Res-Q, but don't really care that much about the rest of town, I might not want to sign up for "Town", but I might want (...)
