Re: Help ID door pieces —Jeff Stembel
(...) You have two white ones? Did you get two copies of 6377(the only one with red runners[I-beams?])? If so, do you have an extra blue airplane tail? Mine Broke. :( Jeff (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Help ID door pieces —Tamyra Teed ("Mookie")
They had to have come from something else, I never had that set... granted, that doesn't mean they might not have.. though I don't have any of the other parts from that set.. much less 2 of them.. other than typical common parts.. bricks.. (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Help ID door pieces —Jeff Stembel
(...) Maybe a yard sale then. The only Sets to come with White sliding doors were 6377 and 7838. And as far as I can tell 6377 is the only set(1) to come with red runners. Jeff 1 - From Town, 4.5V, and 12V train sets, at least. I think there may've (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Help ID door pieces —Terry Keller
(...) I have that set as well (720) and I agree, it is not in the instructions. But I do have 3 of the white doors. One is from the 6377 I have (along with one blue airplane tail). But where the other two came from, I have no idea. I have absolutely (...) (25 years ago, 18-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

(...) Damn! I just went back there an now there are over 192 of the pieces! I am now looking up the number for the CPC (The Center for Plastic Control). This looks like a full-blown outbreak. -- Terry K -- (25 years ago, 19-Jun-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

The 720 Basic Building Set ((URL) two white sliding doors. From the LUGNET picture you can see one of them on the truck that appears just to the right of the "720" on the fron of the box.         Re: Help ID door pieces —Terry Keller
So it would appear. That would explain why I have 2 extra of those doors. But they are not shown in the 720 instruction book anywhere (at least not the one I have) Was there more than one instruction book in the Basic 720 set? As near as I can tell, (...)         Re: Help ID door pieces —Jeff Stembel
Well, I guess I was wrong. :) Anyways, I wonder why they aren't in the Instructions? Oh, well. Jeff P.S. I just looked thru the instructions again and noticed that the runners are used in a model. (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)
