You could use Digital Rights Management on your emails and set them to
self-destruct after a certain time. :)

Or you could encrypt your emails to that person - then anyone accessing them
(viruses included) would need to enter the password to open the email. :)

When I receive mail like that (with fake "from"), I compare the headers • from
old letters in my mailbox with the one containing the virus. I allways end
up with the right sender, and mail him back with a warning... and to • upgrade
his anti-virus program or remove me from his adressbook (or old letters • from
me in his inbox). =)
