You can always consult Peeron, but as far as I know nobody keeps a list of rare
parts, because there are hundreds of rare parts!

Black came mostly in Paradisa sets, which are highly collectible. However it was
also in Rock Raiders, the $6 and $80 sets, and recently bulk 10067.
