I've made the following for my NLSO:

Also little things like leaving a minifig holding one of those 3-flower things
sitting on her desk, etc.
Other things:
--If ever she wants to build (this happens rarely for me, but it does happen),
be encouraging.
--Never put building in front of spending time with her
--Never leave pieces in the middle of the floor where barefeet step on them
--Spend more on her than on bricks
