Really cool idea. But since I just moved OUT of CA due to the high living cost (the house we'll be building in FL will cost 1/3 of that in the SF Bay area, but will probably double in value in the next 10-20 years due to the local building boom (...) You still can search for people's last names by clicking on a random folder and follow the "up"-button until there is no more superordinate folder. This way I reach the (...) FUT: lugnet.general I asked my father about this. He is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) - which means, he understands insurance. He explained that this type of thing can be itemized on your homeowners (or renters policy) to be (...)
