My understanding is that .net sites are placed on a different server through an outside contractor, that has a limit on total usage per month. So if you try different ozbricks sites you’ll see that Andrastavia and Ikros are up, but these are ozbricks.com sites, while your site, my site, Rolling Bricks, and Yaron’s links page are all down, and these are all ozbricks.net sites. I exchanged several e-mails with Michael the last time this happened and he said it is a bandwidth limit for the entire server, not just for individual sites, so it’s not just an issue with your site. He also said they were working on an alternate solution, but apparently this hasn’t happened yet. For now, I’d just wait a couple of days since the month is almost done.
