Dear valued PayPal member:
It has come to our attention that your PayPal billing informations are
out of order. If you could please take 5-10 minutes out of your
online experience and update your personal records you will not run
into any future problems with the online service. However, failure
to update your records will result in account suspension. Please
update your records by May 25th.

Yes, this has already been revealed to be a scam.  Lots of people got
this e-mail, a number of them fell for it and suddenly found their PayPal
accounts being used by other people.  I first read about it on April 28th on
Rebelscum.com, so it appears that PayPal hasn't been able to do anything to
stop the scam completely.  The suggested advice is to change your password
immediately and then notify PayPal through their Security Section so they
know that your account might have been used for illegal payments.
