Actually, to get a more accurate reflection on the
ratings, I'd suggest giving a three pronged test for
each entry.
Aesthetics - Does the movie poster look attractive
or convincing? Is it terribly obvious that it was
photoshopped (besides the lego of course) or is
everything done smoothly? This rating would include
how close the actual scens is to the original.
Originality - Is the poster truely original in style?
Is the scene rendered in a very unique fashion that
raises interest, or a setup that just cries genius?
Humor, reaction - Does the scene make you want to
laugh out loud, or look at it in awe?
It might also be nice to include a written comment
field for users to elaborate on the ratings. (this
might give you a better idea on how they're basing
their votes so you can streamline the system if
something doesn't seem right.)
Well, that was a rather rough idea for a rating's system,
but I hope it was of some use to you.
