Those are Flex System connectors, found in technic sets. Some of them take
friction pegs. The ones with the little "rib" of plastic going over the
hole take towballs.
A one sided "saddlebag"?

The black 1x2 plate thing is a steam engine cylinder, commonly seen on some
grey track 4.5 and 12 volt train sets (I got a pair in red :)
The top one of these might not be Lego...

The small black thing with the studs on the top is a Buffer. Its commonly
found on 4.5 volt train battery boxes.

Hi all, I have a number of bricks I would like you to help identify (sorry for the blurred pictures, I'm a lousy photographer!). Baseplates: these two baseplates looks like Pirate, but I have never seen them in any sets? They might be prototypes, (...) (22 years ago, 21-Feb-03, to lugnet.general)
