Yep...the 'international' countries it gives the phone number for are:
Australia,
Austria,
Belgium [Flemish and French],
Denmark,
Finland,
France,
Germany,
Hong Kong,
Italy,
Japan,
Korea,
New Zealand,
Norway,
Portugal,
Singapore,
Spain,
Sweden,
Switzerland [French, German, and Italian],
Taiwan,
The Netherlands, and
UK Limited
Compared to the countries they care about [and give the local phone number for]
Canada [English and French], and
US
So, it's not as though they made a mistake on it with a couple of countries...

At least that was the system used early this (...) (22 years ago, 13-Sep-02, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.general)
