Quick rundown - from left to right in your brickshelf folder:

9V Electric System battery box.

As above, but internal view.

Castle Wall elements - peeron lists this as element 2345 -
http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/2345 - if that color is brown as your
brickshelf image shows, also look for Forestmen sets on Lugnet - maybe there
are other LEGO pieces where you got it from, you could go back with this
information and see what they can find for you.

Fiber-optic light element with fiber-optic strands.

Newer-style steering elements - I'm not too familiar with this kind, but it
has been around fairly recently.

Various technic-style flexible hoses for pneumatic system.  May or may not
be LEGO type.  Colors are very like LEGO colors for this tubing.

Pirate rigging elements - looks as if they might be from a set which had the
shorter variety in it.

Not sure what this is, although the shade of trans-green color on ends
suggests either Insectoids or Exploriens line.

As above.  Is the coloring 'painted' on or does it appear to be part of the
element?

Airtank & switches from Pneumatic system.  Motor element for 9V Electric
System.  Looks to be the newer style motor.

Possibly a speed control device of some kind - not sure what this is.

Panels of some kind.  Haven't seen these in a LEGO kit.

Technic seat.  Good if you have a Technic fig to go into it, otherwise
largely
decorative.

9V Electric System wiring.  Fairly obvious use for this.  ;-)
