I think, though, that the only parts that that would cover would be those
actually bearing WB trademarked properties, like the HP character minifig
heads, sorting hat, that sort of thing. Or, for SW, the yoda minifig head,
the Sebulba peice, the tiles with star wars-related logos on
them(rebel/empire) etc. something like the battledroid arm probably wouldn;t
be covered as it's just a robot arm- if you looked at it in isolation you
couldn't identify it as a trade dress/mark of lucasfilm.
