I know some of us have said that TLC needs to look at their past. Browsing around lego.com, I came across this interesting page: (URL) on each of the sets on the right, and you get a neat description. Clearly, these were written for the younger (...) (23 years ago, 27-Dec-01, to lugnet.general)

(...) The usual figure given out is ~60 or so. That was _direct_ radiation deaths. The other death totals (indirect) are very much larger, and not really known/knowable. I would say that 8K is a reasonable "estimate" of deaths caused directly by (...) (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
