Can't speak for Germany but the US Red Cross has a good track record on
percentage of donations going to work vs. admin. Not as good as the
Salvation Army, mind you, but better than United Way. So I gave my money
directly to the Red Cross.

| (...) Yes and no! I found out that it is much easier to make more profit by using eBay than by offering sets for sale or highest bid on LUGNET. As the profit should be a 100% donation it is best if it gets the highest possible price/bid. There are a (...) (23 years ago, 18-Sep-01, to lugnet.general)
