I solved my similar problem with a strong $15 halogen lamp and mounted it on a home-made wooden stand. Now I can easily adjust the light flow by moving it and directing the lamp in different agles. (...) (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.general)

(...) Nicole, I'd consider a cheap source of supplemental light, perhaps a worklight. I use a two light spot/stand light with 60 watt bulbs, and I'll turn one or both on, point them near my MOC, bounce the light off the ceiling, etc, etc, just to (...) Here's another lighting idea you might consider. If you are in an area that gets plenty of sunlight, consider homemade reflectors. Materials needed: aluminum foil, glue (I've found spray-on helpful), a utility knife, a rolling pin (or something (...) (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.off-topic.geek)
