I think you guys are making this alot more complicated than it needs to be.
They aren't actually putting the old sets back on the market, they
are re-releasing them, with new packaging and presumably new instructions.
They will also have new set numbers (I guess I have a few years to make
Brickshelf l10k compliant). Since these "new" sets would not be put online
until well after they are off the market (based on my policy and past
performance), there should be no new problems.
