Yikes, it DID come out sounding like I take advantage of little old ladies!
Really, it's not true! And I don't haggle if the people look like they
need the money. And I NEVER bargain with children. And I don't sell used
cars. Really, I'm a fair- to moderately nice person (although I suspect right
about now some of my math students are thinking I'm a b****). :-)

| (...) All ways haggle! There's a flipside to the saying "let the buyer beware" inasmuch as the seller must also know his/her market and merchandise -- so let the seller beware also! Would you even be willing to purchase those items at near ebay-like (...) (24 years ago, 14-May-01, to lugnet.general)
