None here, and no offense meant to you either. I'm just frustrated with
what seems to be a trend lately of people complaining to/about LEGO Direct
for things that they either have no control over, or that they aren't likely
to be able to do anything about.
Part of it (for me, at least) is that I work very closely with a frickin'
huge company, so I may have a better understanding of what kinds of things
are and aren't reasonable to do, and how that can be vastly different from
what looks reasonable on the outside. I often fall into the trap of taking
conversational shortcuts, which makes me sound a lot harsher than I am (I
think!)... I'll try to be more considerate in the future.
I had some coffee, and some lunch, and a really good stir-fry can go a long
way to making a guy less grumpy. :)
