Yup I think i'm heading into stage two. The past few months so far I've
spent money that may have gone towards Lego on

1) a Bicycle
2) Music CD's
3) More food (the tummys showing it a bit)
4) Saving for a trip away.

I'm quite willing to walk into a store that sells lego and to not go
anywhere near the toys, its just that I know I'll be disappointed if i go
there, so why bother.

And I'm not missing not having any lego at all. I'm sure that if good stuff
was available i'd mor eliekly a) buy new stuff and b) play more with the
stuff i already have. But for now it just sits there gathering dust because
of a lack of interest.

Even my interest in Lugnet is more because its a forum that has constant new
messages popping up so makes for good reading a few different times a day.
The Lego side of Lugnet is becoming less relevant.

Remember 99, we all said "hope 2000 is better" then in 2000 "hope 2001 is
better"...some of us have lost hope right?

Ok I have no interest in any of this years sets. And by the way that Lego
seems to be making crappier sets and signing deals with all and sundry, I
think that the immediate future is not looking too bright.

Are you in your dark ages if you have no interest in present Lego and only
consider the past?

Semi dark ages: You have not interest in Lego sets whatsoever, but you still
build with the bricks sometimes.

Dark ages: You have no interest in Lego whatsoever

Darker then dark ages: You actually sell your Lego.

I'm at stage number 2 :\
