We had it in Vancouver too, though less strong than Seattle. Nothing dived
off the shelves here... though I did decide to get under the table after a
while of thinking "what are the people upstairs *doing*... that must be a
really big truck outside.... OH. It's an earthquake!".  Then everyone in the
complex popped out of their doors to confirm, yes, that was an earthquake
just now... cooo... everybody's heart's going pitter pat :-)
