OK, lemme see about putting together some docs. As ++Lar once mentioned, we
need context-sensitive help here. If I make some help pages, they can be
linked to from various spots. Keep your eyes peeled for help links.

| I need help searching through articles on LUGNET!! How do I specify that I want to search for an exact phrase? Do I enclose the phrase in quotes or parentheses? Something else? Can I look up articles by specifying a date? If so, how do I do that? (...) (24 years ago, 31-Jan-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.general)
