(...) the (...) Brickfest, (...) Do they? I thought K8's were created from manufacturing overstock, and spoiled boxes at the factory/warehouse. I've seen many sets at the Outlet store that appeared to come from store returns. I suspect this is what (...) (23 years ago, 17-Jan-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.lego)

I seem to recall that something was said about qty, but I can't remember the exact phrase. Like I think they can return a (...)
