1. Having a business license does not mean being a company. You can
carry on business as a sole proprietor, under your own name or a
business name.
2. If you carried on business under your own name, there's no way Lego
would know whether you were in business or buying for yourself.
3. You then just keep your books as you normally would for the govt and
tax purposes. Is Lego going to get a look at your books or your tax
records? No. Does the govt care who you bought your stock from or what
agreements you have with them? No.
And no, I wouldn't be interested in doing this kind of underhanded
trading either, but I think your sense of the barriers against it, Mark,
is way too high.
