   (...) That's a good question! I have always twisted the hands into the "right side-up" (to me, anyway) position. I've never even thought about it.    I assemble the minifigs first, then twist the hands into the right side-up position, just like the instruction booklet shows. I think the reason that the hands are always in a different position has to do with how the machine puts them on. Scott (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.general)
