There are a few sites like this. Partsref has a short list, it's on the
left hand side of the home Partsref page.

The best way to help with this is to compile inventories of individual
sets, and send them to Dan and Jennifer Boger. AFAIK, they are the only
people *actively* building a public database that lists both "which parts
are in this set" and "which sets contain this part".
