| Anybody have a GOOD suggestion for a free website that doesn't have a ton of banner ads and popup ads?. I'm already looking into Geocities. -- Kenneth A. Drumm Ph.D. who wants a site for his creations (24 years ago, 28-Dec-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.off-topic.geek)

| (...) PLEASE look at your website thru a WebTV unit! I believe Sears may demo one for you if you ask. The is SomeThing wacky with either the way webtv displays it, or your code. | I recomend (URL) or (URL) . Both of them do have pop-up adds but they are pretty good. Geocities is pretty good. My old site is still on there: (URL) You can go to (URL) and see what hosting site is good. I also think that (URL) has a list of all (...) | I would suggest www.f2s.com . There are NO ads of any sort, and it supports advanced PHP, PERL, and MySQL. I've used them for awhile now, and the only problem I've encountered is that they are down sometimes. (...) (24 years ago, 29-Dec-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.off-topic.geek)
