Has this sort of commerce has only recently been made possible due to some
political/economical developments, or has it been legal for a long time and
Paypal just had to get around to setting it up? I was just wondering because
I'd always suspected that the reason they hadn't implemented it was the same
reason U.S. e-stores wouldn't sell Lego internationally[1]. Of course this
is just wild speculation.... if the two phenomena are related, though, it's
a sure sign that LD/LS@H could well be on the way to setting up shop down
here! Cross your fingers...

[1] I mean, I guess it's possible that _none_ of the e-stores wanted the
hassle of int'l shipping... but that struck me as even weirder.
