I have no idea to what is happening there, but I guess it may be

- either Lego is using a browser fingerprinting lib that is completely
  out of whack (remember to update the browscap.ini)
  eventually one of their developpers should pay a visit to
  http://www.cyscape.com/browscap/
- It may be some Microsoft-induced tactic to mess up with people not
  using something that runs on windows or something.

Personnaly, I think the first option sounds more like it...
