(...) If you want Town LEGO(R) do this: Buy a boatload of bricks, some from retail, some specialized pieces from LEGO Direct. Don't forget to get some widows and doors. Besides, what do you do if you have a wonderful idea that makes extensive use of a part you don't have too many of? You use Ldraw or MLCAD or (...)
