At this point my opinion is that we should look for a lawyer or law firm
who would be willing to take this on. TLC has repeatedly demonstrated
that they expect IMMEDIATE response from our community when their IP
rights are violated here on Lugnet. I think it is time we demand the
reverse. If they are unwilling to show the same concern they demand of
us, they deserve to be burned at the stake.
I suspect a pretty strong case could be built against them as they are
demonstrating repeated indifference to researching the origins of IP
presented to them for publication. I know that large companies can take
this issue seriously.
