| Why the difference? Probably due to the fact that if it gets stuck in someone's throat there's a good chance they'll still be able to breathe (like pen-lids) - It also makes them easier to remove (Getting the non-hole heads of my classic spacemen is (...) (24 years ago, 15-Aug-00, to lugnet.general)
