Hi, am thinking of using Lego in a few interesting places, but will
propably need some engineering info on stress' and tolerances. Does
this exist anywhere other than Lego's vaults. Has there been any real
(verifiable) drops in quality and QA from Lego in recent years, or is
this just one of those urban myths, 'The Good Old Days'.

Well according to the Engineered Materials Handbook, the flexural strength of
ABS plastic is 76 MPa.  I'm not an engineer so don't ask me to explain that
number to you!  :)
