Yo, are there any celebs out there who have come out of the closet
with Lego?

The closest thing I know of is Steve Jackson, who is the founder of Steve
Jackson Games.  His company makes role-playing games and board games andcard
games... lots of ways to waste-- err, pass your time.  In fact, at conventions
he's known to run "Evil Stevie's Pirate Game" which is played with Lego pirate
ships.

He's very famous in certain circles.
