Well, a large part of your "luck" is HAVING Walmarts that
1)Stock enough to end up overstocked for clearances
2)Have enough stock to last through several rounds of clearances
3)DON'T have so many people buying Lego locally that nothing last past the 1st
round.
Unfortunately, EVERY Walmart I have visited in South SF Bay Area meet NONE of the
above :/ The Targets don't either, I was lucky I stopped by Dec24 on a lark and
got all my 40% off stuff, the rest was GONE soon after.
