  oldest set question
 
What is the oldest numbered set? I've looked all through the pause stuff, and while there's some ranges and some not sures... i was wondering if anyone knew... Also, on an unrelated note (kind of) the old lego wooden toys from back in the day... I (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) Well that is a tough question...... LEGO, the brand was produced in wooden toys from 1932 until the Wooden Toy factory fire of Feb. 4, 1960. The Automatic Binding Bricks (forerunner of LEGO today) was first produced in 1949. The LEGO bricks (...) (25 years ago, 9-May-00, to lugnet.general)
