I know that everyone I know here (in Canada) pronounces it 'lay go', and I
suspect the same pronunciation holds across other English-speaking
countries.  However, when I was in the Netherlands a while back, my (wife's)
cousins pronounced it 'lay ho'.

Are there any other variations out there?

I've always pronounced it like Eggo waffles -- 'leggo' (leh go).  Most
people here in the Midwest seem to pronounce it the same way (not to say
that it's right)...

That is they way I pronounce it, also (leh go).  Everyone I've ever met
pronounces it Lego, including the Danish.  :)
