Is that still a problem? I thought that you could never get enough
power out of a 'AA' cell to do any real damage. Don't they use an
extremely low power laser, maybe even modulated?

| (...) Apparently you can, because people have been reporting eye damage all over the place from laser pointer damage. Stupid people point the thing directly in someone's eyes for up to a minute. (26 years ago, 30-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)
