This reminds me, did anything ever come of that whole Auction Licensing "scare"
from a few months back? I've not heard either way on that issue since and
wonder if this has been inforced yet. Anyone know?

| (...) If he's registered as a business, then he has to charge sales tax to buyers in his state. I have to charge GST to Canadian buyers, and Provincial Sales Tax to buyers in my province. Because I do so few sales here compared to those in the US (...) (25 years ago, 18-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)
