    NEW PICTURES —Carl Greatrix
   I have just posted pictures of the first 3 models I have built in 17 years in the members gallery at www.brickshelf.com.They are a battle tank, star wars AT- ST and Millenium Falcon...please let me know what you think :) Thanks!!      :) Thank you all for the kind comments so far :), In response to the main question, all the green bricks come from the pod racer set, the technic code pilot green truck and lots of the starwars flash speeder!!!    Carl, The Tiger II Tank is AMAZING. What do you use for reference material? The detail on the interior is stunning, especially if it is all accurate! The WWII Street Scene looks perfect too.    Shaun, yes, they are as accurate as possible. The cannon is modeled on a German ww2 50mm PAK anti-tank gun and does actually have working suspension for recoil and ejects the empty shells out of the breech :)....the machine guns are just as close as (...) (24 years ago, 23-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

     Carl, Brilliant work. I've made a fairly cool Panther tank (lotsa slopes), but need some tracks. Where did you get yours?      Kevin, well lets see it then!!! :) I got my old colection of Lego down from the loft, and the tracks where in there :)....I seem to remember having a yellow bulldozer technic set when I was younger, and I think thats where the tracks came from....I (...)     For a German WWII helmet, you can custom make somthing that works pretty well. I cut down a motorcycle helmet, and one of the flare-necked castle helmets. Glue the bottom of the flare to the top of the motorcycle helmet, repaint, and you get (...) (24 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

   Shaun, hmmm I had wondered where on earth you got those helmets from in the AT-ST...I looked everywhere for them...Now I know!!:) I dont know if I'm prepared to start cutting Lego about though!!
