In the Netherlands LEGO Consumer Affairs has quite a good reputation. I myself
have never had any trouble with them.
If you are missing about 50 pieces (50 is a lot! Missing polybags perhaps?)
phone them and ask what to do. Last time I talked to them about getting
missing pieces they advised me to write a letter instead of telephone. I was
told that Customer Affairs doesn't gather the pieces themselves; they make an
internal order of the letter you write, it's like you write a "request for
bulk order letter" but then approved by Customer Affairs.

| Hi, To what extent would Lego Consumer Affairs help to replace "lost" pieces? Would anybody happen to know? (As in, what if I was missing 50 pieces?) Thanks in advance, Bryan (25 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)
