Hi,
To what extent would Lego Consumer Affairs help to replace "lost" pieces?
Would anybody happen to know? (As in, what if I was missing 50 pieces?)

| I've only ever had one dealing with them, and it was about 5 years ago. I had picked up a lot of pieces with a few sets in it and I was missing a few of the key elements for some of the sets. I called and talked to one woman for about 30 mins, we (...) (25 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)

| (...) In the Netherlands LEGO Consumer Affairs has quite a good reputation. I myself have never had any trouble with them. If you are missing about 50 pieces (50 is a lot!
