I had picked up a lot of pieces with a few sets in it and I was missing a few of the key elements for some of the sets. I called and talked to one woman for about 30 mins, we (...) | | | | (...) In the Netherlands LEGO Consumer Affairs has quite a good reputation. I myself have never had any trouble with them. If you are missing about 50 pieces (50 is a lot!
