Yep - considering that TLC is touchy about reuse of its logo at the best of
times..


As for the 'borrowing' of images, then this might be legal. Most manufacturers
provide retailers with images of their products for catalogues, advertising
etc.
Perhaps Lego permits their retailers to reuse the images from its own site?
Why woudnt it? The manufacturers usually provide these images to ensure that
they are properly represented and that the retailer is not making up its own
image which in some way might be incorrect.
If I were Lego I would be happier for a retailer to use lego provided images
than make up their own.

You have a point - I guess I'm more interested in finding out whether TLC would
like us to report things like this, and if so - how and where?
