None other than it might be helpful to TLC I suppose, I'm guessing that as a
fan-base we are more likely to find potential trademark, copyright
infringements etc quicker than TLC would. Something like "Please email any
fairplay enquires to fairplay@lego.com", would be more appropriate I guess than
having any official LUGNET channel.

I agree - besides which it benefits no-one to 'embarrass' a company on a public
forum, especially a company which is trying to sell LEGO. But there's no reason
why it can't be a constructive relationship, I don't think anyone's seeking to
self-righteously proclaim companies breaking fairplay guidelines as evil.
