Hi Gary,

favor?
Yes, I did ask that question, but she told me they've always been doing
this, so
it's absolutely not a favor either.
I also asked her if maybe she was talking about _missing_ pieces, but she
insured me
she wasn't. She really said "any pice you want, as long as it still exists".

I have no idea either. I never really followed that thread. But I don't feel
bad
about "harrassing" them anyway, because she came up with the whole thing.
:o)
> Anyway, if you do plan on sending an order, keep us posted as to what
happens.
Sure will. Unfortunately, I won't be able to order until april. :o(
But don't hesitate to try your own local Consumer Service too. I
specifically asked
the lady if I could tell you guys about this and it was perfectly okay, as
long as you
don't all start calling Consumer Service in Holland. :o)

That is a great idea! I was planning on trying to get something like
Forestmen
or something (yeah right, as if they'd still have those). But that's just
because I
want a few of those figs. But now I'll certainly try to order some of those
old
pieces too, just to see what happens!
I wish it was April already...

| (...) Arjan, Did you ask her if this was a new service? Or are they just doing you a favor? Didn't Brad Justus (of LEGO Direct) ask that we not bother the LEGO Consumer folks, or was that one of the AFOLs that said that? I can't remember. Anyway, (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)
